All values are drawn directly from those statements. Figures the statements do not provide (such as time-weighted returns) are noted rather than estimated.

June 2026 is the earliest statement period on file with our office, so quarter-long and year-to-date portfolio returns cannot yet be calculated. Beginning with the Q3 review, this table will show full quarterly activity and time-weighted returns.

Classification is Meridian's: Bristlecone Capital Partners VII LP and Ridgeline Absolute Return Fund LP are grouped as alternatives; the Treasury bill ladder is grouped with fixed income.

Portfolio Update

U.S. equities rebounded sharply in the second quarter after a weak start to the year, with the S&P 500 gaining roughly 15% for the quarter, its strongest showing since 2020, while broad investment-grade bonds were modestly positive. June itself was choppier: leadership rotated away from the largest technology names, which pulled back meaningfully during the month even as the broader market held its gains.

Against that backdrop, the Calloway portfolio finished June at $267.6 million, up $3.46 million (+1.31%) for the statement period. Every entity ended the month higher. The portfolio's largest exposures, the Omnifund Total Market ETF and NVIDIA, sit at the center of the rotation described above; NVIDIA alone represents 18.6% of investment assets Fabrikam & Northwind statements, Jun 2026, above the 10% single-position threshold Meridian monitors at the relationship level. As discussed at the July 9 review, NVIDIA sales are off the table until the 2024 GRAT term ends in February, so this concentration is a known, dated constraint rather than an open decision.

"Change" is the change in account value over the June statement period. The custodian statements on file do not break out contributions, withdrawals, or income from market movement, so these figures should be read as change in value, not as time-weighted returns. The Operating LLC account is a sale-proceeds escrow held in Treasury bills and money market, so its low variability is by design.

Concentration

NVIDIA is held in seven of the nine entities and totals $49.7 million, 18.6% of investment assets, above Meridian's 10% single-position monitoring threshold. Where cost basis is stated, the position is deeply appreciated: $18.4M in Holdings LLC (basis $6.31M), $14.2M in the 2024 GRAT (basis $8.67M), $6.1M in the Revocable Trust (basis $2.07M), and $4.8M in the Descendants Trust (basis $0.83M), together roughly $25.6 million of unrealized gain on those four positions alone cost basis, per custodian statements. Per the family's direction at the July 9 review, no NVIDIA sales will be considered before the GRAT term ends in February; diversification paths for the taxable positions (including charitable funding via the CRT and DAF) will be revisited at that point.

Bond detail (coupons, maturities, yield, duration) is not itemized on the statements on file; AGGX is a broad core bond fund and the Treasury ladder rolls within a 3-6 month window.

Cash sits slightly above Meridian's 5% monitoring level, but with intent: the July 24 Bristlecone capital call ($2.5M) will be funded from the Operating LLC escrow, and the GRAT and DAF reserves support annuity payments and grant activity respectively. We will revisit cash levels after the capital call settles.

Bristlecone Capital Partners VII — Capital Call No. 11

On July 6, Bristlecone issued capital call no. 11 to Calloway Holdings LLC for $2,500,000, due July 24, 2026. As agreed at the July 9 review, the call will be funded from the Operating LLC escrow. This is a subsequent event to the June 30 values shown above and will appear in the Q3 activity summary.

Paid-in capital, IRR, and multiple-of-capital figures for the two funds are not stated on the custodian statements on file. We are requesting the funds' quarterly investor reports so future reviews can present since-inception performance for this sleeve.
