One at a time

What each tool does and who it fits.

Briefly

Briefly works from the firm's whole client record, and every fact keeps a link to the page it came from. It writes briefs, agendas, follow-ups, market briefs and prospect analyses, and with Orion linked it flags idle cash, drift, required distributions and maturities across the book. Advisors link Salesforce and Outlook in a few minutes, and the web app is $150 per seat per month.

Jump

Jump says 45,000+ advisors across 11,500+ firms use it, and it names LPL, Osaic and Cetera as customers.1, 2 Its Meet plan covers the notetaker, pre-meeting prep, follow-up and CRM sync, and the Onboard add-on handles AI-assisted account opening.3 Jump states SOC 2 Type II, and nothing reaches a client or a CRM until an advisor approves it.4 It fits firms that want meeting capture and account opening on one platform.

Zocks

Zocks publishes its prices, with annual plans at $67, $117 and $184 per user per month and unlimited meetings on all three.12 It says client conversations are never recorded, and it states SOC 2 Type 2 certification from early November 2023.13 On the Ultimate tier, a document tool reads brokerage statements and estate plans and syncs to planning tools such as eMoney and RightCapital.12, 14

Claude

Claude for Financial Advisors, released September 14, 2026, adds eight skills, among them pre-meeting prep, post-meeting notes and follow-up, and prospect intake.20 Anthropic recommends Enterprise plans for registered investment advisers because they include audit logs, and CRM updates and draft client communications are staged for the advisor to approve.20 Firms that want custodian and planning connectors inside Claude are its audience, and firms already on Claude can add Briefly as a connector at $100 per seat per month.

Briefly

Why firms pick Briefly.

  • Every line has a source. Each line in a brief, answer or prospect analysis links to the page it came from, so a reviewer can check it against the original.
  • Corrections stick. A correction an advisor makes once becomes a standing rule for the whole team.
  • Client data stays private. Each firm gets a private environment on AWS, model calls run on zero-retention terms and are never used for training, and nothing goes into Salesforce until an advisor approves it.
Choosing

How to choose.

  1. If you mainly want a notetaker in the meeting, look at Jump or Zocks.1, 13
  2. If you want briefs, follow-ups, market briefs and prospect analyses written from your whole client record, with a source on every line, look at Briefly.
  3. If your firm already works in Claude, Briefly also comes as a Claude connector.
