Briefly Wealth LLC ("Brieflywealth," "we," "us," or "our") engages third-party companies to perform functions of the Service on our behalf. The Service is offered through two surfaces, a hosted Web App and a locally installed Connector for use inside Anthropic's Claude application (each as defined in the Terms of Service), and a sub-processor's access to Customer Data or Client Data can differ by surface; see the "Applies to" column below. This page lists all sub-processors that process Customer Data or Client Data, and serves as the canonical reference for the disclosures and notice commitments in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Notice commitment. We provide at least thirty (30) days' advance notice on this page before adding or replacing any sub-processor that processes Client Data. Customers with active subscriptions may also subscribe to email notifications by writing to contact@brieflywealth.com with the subject line "Sub-processor notifications." Customers may terminate the affected services without penalty if they reasonably object on regulatory or security grounds.
Current Sub-processors
The following sub-processors are engaged by Briefly to deliver the Service as of the "Last updated" date above. Each is bound by a written agreement requiring it to protect Personal Information consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. The "Applies to" column states which surface, or surfaces, each sub-processor's access covers.
| Sub-processor | Purpose | Data categories | Applies to | Location |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services, Inc. | Cloud hosting (compute, storage, database, Cognito authentication) | Account Information, Usage Data, and, for Web App Customers, Client Data | Web app (all customer data categories); Connector (account and entitlement data only) | United States (us-east-2, Ohio) |
| Anthropic, PBC | LLM inference for document extraction and brief generation | Client Data passed in prompts; Outputs | Web app (client data passed in prompts). Not a Briefly sub-processor for Connector Customers; the customer's own Anthropic plan governs. | United States |
No-Training Commitment
For the Web App, we route Client Data only to AI sub-processors that contractually prohibit use of inputs and outputs for training general-purpose models. As of the date above, our sole AI sub-processor for the Web App is Anthropic, PBC, operating under its Commercial Terms (§ B.1), which prohibit Anthropic from training models on Customer Content.
We do not use Client Data to train, fine-tune, or improve any Brieflywealth-owned model. The Service does not currently include any Brieflywealth-trained model.
For Connector Customers, Brieflywealth does not route Client Data anywhere, because Brieflywealth does not receive Client Data from Connector Customers. Any processing of Client Data by Claude for a Connector Customer happens under that customer's own Anthropic plan and is not a Brieflywealth sub-processor relationship.
Infrastructure Sub-processors (Non-Data-Processing)
The following providers support the Service but do not process Client Data, regardless of surface:
- Namecheap, Inc. Domain registration and DNS for brieflywealth.com (United States).
- GitHub, Inc. Source code hosting (United States). No Client Data is stored in source repositories.
- Stripe, Inc. Payment processing (merchant of record) for seat and subscription purchases (United States). Processes purchaser name, work email, payment card, and billing records (Commercial Information); does not process Client Data.
Marketing-Site Sub-processors
The following providers support the public marketing site at brieflywealth.com only. They do not process Client Data or any data submitted through the Web App or the Connector.
- Google LLC (Google Analytics). Website analytics (GA4) on the marketing site. Collects approximate IP, browser, device, page-view, and session metadata for aggregate traffic measurement. Not loaded on the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Connector EULA, or this page.
- Google LLC (Google Fonts). Web font delivery. Receives the visitor's IP address solely to serve the font file.
- Formspree, Inc. Demo and lead form submission handling for the marketing site. Receives the name, work email, and firm entered in a "Book a demo" form. Not connected to Client Data. (United States)
- Supabase, Inc. Newsletter signup storage for the Morning Brief on the marketing site. Receives the email address entered at signup. Not connected to Client Data. (United States)
Sub-processor Change History
We maintain a chronological log of material additions and removals to the sub-processor list. The current list above supersedes earlier versions.

Customer Objection Rights
Customers may object to a proposed new sub-processor by writing to contact@brieflywealth.com within thirty (30) days of the change being posted to this page. If we cannot reasonably resolve the objection, the Customer may terminate the affected services without penalty pursuant to § 08 of the Terms of Service.
